Since 1992 the name “Wolverine Trailers” has in many places become synonymous with pontoon boat trailers.
The Company’s philosophy has been and will always be striving to maintain a reputation that creates more “Bang for your buck”.
Staying #1 in value is the lifeblood of their companies existence. The original and unique designs of all of their trailers have durable and functional features that reflect tangible benefits. Durability that doesn’t mean frills unless it’s obviously up and beyond current available materials at a price you can relate to and appreciate.
Wolverine trailer company has 4 groups of trailers. The All American, The All Star, The Senior All American, and the All Pro. These come in three types, bunk style trailers and crank up models for pontoon boats and fishing and speed boat trailers. They are available from 16 foot to 30 foot models. Custom trailers can be made but at a slightly more premium cost as they are made specifically for your boat.
The thing to decide when picking the right pontoon boat trailer is how will you be using it. It you’re using it to go 5 minutes to and from the lake to drop in then a crank up is a great choice. If your planning long distance trip vacations then the bunk style is the only choice for you as the crank up is a white knuckle drive on long distance trips.
The major difference in all their trailers is whether they are painted as opposed to galvanized. We highly recommend going with the galvanized trailer models as they do not rust and you can count on getting your moneys worth out of these units quickly. The difference in cost is less than $600.00 per trailer so to risk a rusted trailer over $600.00 is hardly worth it.
Below is a detailed comparison of the trailer differences.
